Reservation Policy

We encourage all customers to make reservations in advance. In the event of a cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, as detailed below.

Cancellation Fee

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation. The fee amount will be provided at the time of booking.

Online Orders

All online orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if the requested items are unavailable or if there is an issue with payment processing. Payment for orders must be processed before fulfillment.

5. Payment and Pricing

Prices for menu items and services are subject to change without notice. All payments for reservations, orders, and services must be made through the available payment methods on the website. By submitting payment details, you confirm that the information is accurate, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

We use secure payment gateways, but we do not store your credit card information directly on our servers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
